[MacNN Forums] I'm sure this has been answered countless times, but I can't seem to figure out what firewire cable I need to connect a 15" 1.5ghz powerbook to a 12"

[david's waste of bandwidth] new macbook pro: While I had a weird glitch with the MIgration Assistant right at the end of transferring stuff from my iBook G4 (each time, with less than a minute to go, the Assistant would lose its FireWire connection with the iBook and the iBook was frozen, so some apps didn’t transfer over), it’s been flawless since. I had to re-input my Keynote 3 and Reason 4.0 serial numbers and for some reason I have no printers anymore, but that’s it for problems I’ve found.
[Untitled] Apple PowerBook Review: I was always under the impression that the Powerbook was meant to be a portable version of the Power Mac, which meant close to comparable performance in the past, but since the G5 produces so much heat and uses up so much power, they have held off putting it in a notebook for some time. But, my fears were tamed when I read an article explaining that the G5 was originally a server processor comparable to the Intel Xeon chip, and that for mainstream use, the G4 is still comparable to most Pentium M’s.
