[mactalk Forums] The actual operating system installer should work on the PowerBook (and any G4 or G5 based machine for that matter) just fine, but the bundled software -- the iLife suite -- can only be installed on a particular machine type.

The difference between these 2 Crucial RAMs?
[Mac Forums - MacBook Pro, PowerBook] Both have similar specs, but the product numbers are different leading me to think they're not the same RAM. Obviously I want the $54.99 one from Newegg, but will that work perfectly with my 15in G4 1.5GHz Powerbook?

PB G4 12" memory slot failed in Power On Self-Test but appears to ...

Beatles coming to iTunes, Powerbook G5 on the way
[9 to 5 Mac - Apple Intelligence] For those of you too young to remember, the G5 Powerbook was a similar monthy rumor a few years back that obviously never came to fruition. We'll see how this one does.
