Opera 8 for Mac; developer toolbar
[Ti Kouka Too] The Toolbar also adds menu items which seem to repeat the Toolbar functions. Get quick links to all the documentation you need: HTML and CSS specs, accessibility guidelines, Unicode characters for ‣
Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.
[Quarter Life Crisis] ¶: After the long wait we see an ugly metal window with clumsy and oversized toolbar buttons and the main UI. The UI is reasonably easy to understand – you can select actions, read their descriptions and drag them to the work area where you can set them up and rearrange them.
[Educational Weblogs] Coccinella 0.95.7 - Whiteboard/text chat, and more....: * Toolbar with basic drawing capabilities * Flexible editing of each item in the canvas window * Support for foreign language character sets, from Swedish to Chinese (Unicode) * Extended functionality via plugins, see Extensions. This includes mp3's on all platforms, video, synthetic speech of written text etc.
[Quarter Life Crisis] ¶: While it doesn’t look like a working Finder will be one of them, many others like better AppleScript (apparently including the long-overdue ability to read property list files) and PDF support, included GIMP Printing for uncommon printers, Address Book printing, Certificate Handling, Photo handling, better networking &c look very promising. Of course many of those features are long overdue should rather be considered bug fixes to OS X.2 and X.3, but sometimes you’re just happy that there is progress at all.
[The Burning Edge - Firefox nightly build changelog] 2005-02-25 Trunk builds: when I point at a link on a page encoded as 8-bit Unicode. Since Feb 25: 283600 - Can't open Find as you Type/Find Toolbar.
[Blogs.msdn.com] Dan Crevier's Blog :: As another example, Unicode strings are made up of two-byte characters and are typically put onto the clipboard with big endian (PowerPC) byte layout. Applications will have to figure out the byte order and swap if necessary.
