[Forever Geek Nerds Are For Dorks] Apple: Meet iGuy Category: Apple | jeremy IMG iguy-d-3.jpg iGuy is your iPod's new best friend! He provides protection and fun for you and your iPod. Pose his arms- sit him down in the dock, and trust that his rubberized body and screen protector will keep your iPod safe. If only I had a 4G iPod
[Netscape.com.com] Apple | News.blog | CNET News.com: The company's $35 iGuy is a silicone case, similar to other iPod jackets, but it adds bendable arms and legs to the typical design. For now it comes in a version for fourth-generation iPods, though an iPod Mini version is slated for a June arrival
[Techdigest.tv] Tech Digest: PodGear's Shuffle Station was probably the first of its kind designed for Apple's smallest player, which had previously been overlooked in comparison to the huge variety of speaker sets available for its larger counterparts. The Shuffle Station closely mimics the distinctive iPod design and can be powered either from the wall or by using 4 x AAA batteries. Like most of its rivals it even folds up for greater portability. When plugged into the mains it also recharges the iPod Shuffle, so the price tag seems quite reasonable when you consider it only costs £15 more than an Apple mains charger.
[Onedigitallife.com] one digital life: a paul burd blog: The iGuy is made of soft silicone material and includes a cutout for the earbuds, remote and hold switch, and can be made to “sit” on a dock to recharge or sync the iPod. The iGuy works with all fourth-generation (Click Wheel) iPods, as well as iPod photos, and costs US$34.95. A mini iGuy for iPod minis is in the works, and coming this June, according to Speck.”
[News.ipodworld.co.uk] Reviews XtremeMac Sportwrap Armband: The neoprene material that it was constructed of was padded and stretchy enough to not dig in even when fastened tightly and there was no itchy exposed stitching. Whilst jogging, the iPod was held firmly: it did not bounce around or feel as if it was going to fall off. The iPod didnt skip and the cable tidy strap was a really useful feature. The controls were also completely accessible, but it was quite hard to see the screen when the iPod was the right way up in the case.
