Mac Mini Projects
[Command-Tab] If you recently got a Mac Mini and are still looking for something useful to do with it, aside from using it as a normal desktop computer, here are 50 Mac Mini projects to keep you busy. Useful purposes include web and mail servers, firewalls, backup servers, and media players.

[Simongbrown.com] Simon Brown's weblog - Mac mini for video conferencing: I've just definitely ruled out the possibility of using it as a digital video recorder.Before I take the plunge though, I'm going to have more of a play around with my PowerBook hooked up to my television and make sure conferencing apps work through the firewall. I also think it's going to be worth waiting for the upcoming release of Tiger, whenever it's due.
