[AppScout] Snow Leopard: The Smoothest Upgrade Yet - AppScout: I wish I could say the same thing for my Windows desktops - going from XP to Vista 64 was impossible, so I had to do a fresh install (just as well considering how mucked up and bogged down Windows gets - you essentially need to take a good image and rebuild every couple of months), and my 2000 to XP upgrade back in the day was a nightmare that took days to sort out. Here's hoping going from Vista 64 to 7 x64 will be a bit easier when the time comes, but I doubt it'll be as easy as upgrading any version of OS X.
