[Gamehaus.net] gamehaus dot net » Blog Archive » ibook: so i am pleased. there was a big toss up with the powerbook but jill and i went to the mac store last night and the salesman couldn’t even tell us the difference between the 12” powerbook and the 12” ibook now that the processor as been upgraded to a g4. it’s obvious to me that a new product announcement is imminent (had to look it up, got confused with eminent).

[Gamehaus.net] gamehaus dot net » Blog Archive » ibook: after gentle prodding by khayman i let my guard down and for a moment considered the possibility of purchasing an ibook over a powerbook. considering that we just want a couch laptop to fart around the internet, the ibook isn’t such a bad choice. built-in wifi, 6 hours advertised battery life, a processor faster than my lamp imac, cdrw and ilife included in the installation all sum up a very compelling story for a consumer like me. we’re going to head down to the mac store this weekend and make a decision.
