[CarDomain Blog] Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 vs. Ford F-150 SVT Raptor - CarDomain Blog: you amke good points, of course the jeep will be faster, but the Raptor is still better OVERALL as practicality, you think someone will buy an SRT8 cherokee and use it for towing and hauling stiff? maybe a little but barely any so its just a gas guzzling daily driver and you can say “its got a HEMI!”, the raptor you can use more as a truck if you needed rather its on road or off, and those tires ain’t no 37s, hell i have a 98 chevy silverado Z71 and the stock size is about 31s, even with a 6 inch lift i could only put 35s on it and even then it would rub if i hit a big enough bump, they just look bigger in the pic because its a lot bigger sidewall than the little low profiles on the jeep, the jeep looks like it has maybe 20s on it and that makes for more of a rolling mass so really the rim and tire combo on the raptor is probably lighter than the rim and tire combo on the jeep which will slow it down a little and the braking will be worse, and as for your F250, think about it, your truck is geared for towing and hauling, not speed so of course people will pass you in higher gears, not nessecarily because of the aerodynamics, well just not 100% aerodynamics
