my hacked-out 7800 GS AGP is flaking

[KVET.CH] So I recently had an nVidia 7800 GS AGP get flashed up to Mac firmware from one of the guys over at Strangedogs and it worked great for say, a month. But over the last couple of days it has been remarkably skittish about working and not freaking out.

MCE intros Blu-ray burner for Mac Pro, Power Mac G5

[ Best-Computer-Deals.net] Japan’s Logitec may have been the first to lay claim to a Mac-compatible Blu-ray burner, but it looks like MCE Technologies gets the bragging rights for the first Mac-friendly internal burner, which also has the added benefit of actually being available ’round these parts. As with the Logitec, MCE’s Mac Pro and Power Mac G5-compatible drive will give you 2x reading and writing speeds on Blu-ray discs, as well as the usual less-than-speedy burning times for CDs and DVDs.

Mac OS X Leopard 10.5 9A343 Released to Developers

[OS X Daily - Mac OS X Apps, Tips, Tricks, News, Updates, Everything Mac OS X] We are all excited for this springs release of Mac OS X Leopard 10.5, and each new developer release can give us hints of what is in the pipeline. The Mac speculation site MacRumors says that the latest seed of Leopard includes a few new features that have been suggested, including tabbed window support in Terminal.
